Cha Cha Cha Changes!

I'll let you get it out of your system...
So life has been crazy lately so much has been going on and i have had no time/energy to blog...I have some news to share with you but you'll have to wait a couple more weeks, until then i rearranged our living room. I needed some change so here are the before and after pictures. Please tell me what you think! the hubs doesn't give much feedback :)
Before

After
That dresser is my newest thrift store find. It was $75 but i waited a few weeks and when i went back it was half off! So i got it for $37. It has a mirror that goes on top but i don't have it on in this picture.
The bookshelf that was under the stairs we moved upstairs to our bedroom.
And the table that was behind the couch we moved into the guest room.
So what do you think? Do you like how the living room looks now or before?
Also we finished our Master closet makeover and i can't wait to show you! i'll post later this week.

I need your help...

Hey guys, I need your help. I put some of my Recycled Interiors products in my father in laws antique booth in Atlanta. Well he called me today and said that the owner of the shop said that some ladies from an HGTV show came in and bought one of my chalkboards. She didn't know the name of the show but said that the ladies names were Melissa and Margaret and that my chalkboard would air on episode 113.

So i need you help, since i don't have cable :( i have no idea what show this is!
Do you know what HGTV show has hosts Melissa and Margaret??

Jewelry Organizer Update

I know i do a lot of "updates" around here but i get new ideas or see things i like and then i want to change things... so just get used to it :)
I found these crates on the side of the road last fall and decided to turn them into jewelry holders...

Well the other day i saw this idea on Pintrest and LOVED it.
So i did this...

I love that it holds all my bracelets and now i have more room on my bottom shelf!

Bedroom Mirror Progress

Back in March when i did my bedroom makeover I moved frames from this wall...
to this wall...
and i mentioned how i wanted to do a "his" and "hers" mirrors over our dresser.
 Kinda like this picture...
Well i FINALLY found both mirrors...
When you shop thrift stores nothing is instant, it took me months to find the right mirrors but it was so worth the wait.
Here is what i found
The mirror on the left is the "my" mirror i found it at Goodwill at half off day for $10 (it was $20, good thing i was there on half off day)
the blue mirror is "his" i found at goodwill for $5
I plan on hanging them on the wall but i am still planning on painting that room i just don't know when i'll get around to it.
I also want to get these letters from hobby lobby and put them above the mirrors.
So whenever i get the letters and the room painted i'll give you another update.

Out with the old, In with the new!

A few weeks back the the hubs and i did a few updates to our living room that i forgot to share. First we made a new coffee table.
This was our old square table.
And our new oval table, you can read all about that here.
We also added some crosses to the wall and moved the furniture around, which i talked about here.
We also added some new curtains the ones below we have had since we moved in, they are table cloths from world market and i love them but i was ready for a change...
So we now have drop cloth curtains. These guys are all over blog world partially because they are so cheap, only $10 a panel and because of their neutral cottagey (i know that's not a word but it's Friday) look.
Just wanted to share with y'all a little living room update before i get my last work day and weekend started! hope you have a great one!!
